Maybe I should have been cataloguing my journey this whole time in a blog. Maybe.

But today I’m feeling accomplished because while book # 1 rests, the second book is looking more and more like…a book.

Not just an outline.

I’m learning who my characters are.

I just through it would be fun to look back on my progress one day. Or maybe post my progress for people who care. Since this website is just a domain with my name on it.

Anyhow, I started writing my second book on August 20th and I hit 30,000 words today. I’ve struggled less to get things on the page. I haven’t been going back and rereading more than I need to read. That’s different than the last book. But no one has read any of it yet. That’s different from the last book, too.

I don’t know if either book is any good. Or where I go from here. All I know is I’m getting the words down on the page and I can always revise.
